The program is a three-day intensive training held at York University for young Black Professionals that explores areas such as self-care, leadership, management, entrepreneurialism, public presentation and more. The program combines culturally relevant/ sustaining theoretical and practical skills, building on students existing knowledge of real life community situations. Students learn how to position their lived experiences as assets and qualifying transferable skills with an amazing faculty team of experienced facilitators.
